  • Days 1–4: Airline-Focused Ground School
    The program begins with four days of immersive, airline-level classroom training designed to elevate pilots from general aviation to transport-category thinking. Students develop a deep understanding of high-altitude aerodynamics, advanced meteorology, air carrier operations, and professional airline leadership principles, including Crew Resource Management (CRM) and safety culture.

  • Transitioning from Knowledge to Application

    On Day 5, training transitions from the classroom to the simulator with hands-on experience in a non-motion Flight Training Device (FTD). Students begin applying airline procedures in a multi-crew environment, focusing on automation management, high-altitude operations, and structured cockpit coordination.

    This phase emphasizes real-world airline workflows, communication, and decision-making while introducing abnormal and emergency scenarios in a controlled training setting.

  • The Airline Training Experience

    The final phase of the program takes place in a full-motion Level C/D Full Flight Simulator, delivering a true airline training experience. Students operate in a dynamic, high-fidelity environment that replicates real-world transport-category aircraft performance and system behavior.

    Training focuses on advanced crew coordination, line-oriented flight scenarios, system malfunctions, and complex abnormal and emergency procedures. Emphasis is placed on command decision-making, workload management, and strict adherence to airline-standard operating procedures.

    These sessions represent the culmination of the ATP CTP course, preparing pilots to transition confidently into airline training programs and the ATP certification process.
